In-house Training Methodology

The methodology we use in our in-house training programs consists of the following where this will help the entity assigns its limited resources to the best of its talents:

  1. Pre-assessment of the attendees’ technical competencies prior commencement of the program (this usually will be during the first hour of the first day).
  1. Conduct a survey by the end of the workshop where we can agree with the entity's management on specific issues to include in our survey.
  1. Visit a sample of the attendees in the fieldwork (at their workplace) after one month from the date of the workshop completion to see how they implemented what they gained from the program
  1. Provide the entity's management with our feedback, evaluation, and recommendations based on our fieldwork visit.

The number of any one of the workshop / training programs attendants should not exceed twenty.
