A two hours exam will be conducted within one week from the date of completing the EDDP Cram Review Course at the premises of our representative in the country in which the course is conducted.
- The exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions where the passing score is 75.
- Passing the exam is a prerequisite to have your designation of Executive Due Diligence Professional (EDDP) issued by the Association of Due Diligence Professionals (ADDP).
- Repeating the exam will be allowed three months after the last time one failed to pass.
- One should pass the exam within one year from the date of completing the cram course.
- Certification eligibility is completely impartial and nondiscriminatory.
- The examination process will be supervised by our exclusive representative in the Middle East and Africa; Birzeit Consulting – London office
- All Examination scores are kept confidential.
Once one passes the exam, he / she will receive the following:
- Diploma issued by the Association of Due Diligence Professionals
- The EDDP credential issued by the Association of Due Diligence Professionals (a wallet sized credential)- (one step next to Certified Due Diligence Professional)
- One year membership in the Association of Due Diligence Professionals (its cost is USD 500)
- The due diligence bestselling book “Due Diligence for the Financial Professional. (Everest Publishing. Winter 1996. 2nd Edition 2004)” authored by Mr. Files
If one chooses not to sit for the exam, he will get all the above except the diploma and the EDDP credential. However, he will get a certificate of attendance signed by Mr. Files.
