Association of Due Diligence Professionals
The Association of Due Diligence Professionals is the first professional association dedicated exclusively to the due diligence industry.
The Association has unparalleled initiatives fostering innovations in due diligence education, science, training, testing, standards and professional certification. With a history dating back to 1984, The Association brings the qualities of traditional due diligence together with the vibrant, contemporary new diligence.
The due diligence association is focused on due diligence as a separate field, discipline and industry. There are numerous professional associations devoted to numerous segments of the business, industry, education, government and non-profit sectors. While modern due diligence and the science of due diligence encompasses all aspects of organizations, the Association does not displace, replace, or compete with, any competent professional association. Rather, the Association continuously seeks to cooperate with the leading associations from all sectors.
Objectives of the Association include:
- The education of society in all aspects of due diligence
- The continuous improvement of due diligence, and the due diligence standards
- Formal testing and certification programs for the due diligence profession
- Teaching due diligence to all decision makers
- The continuous improvement of the formal science of due diligence
- The continuous improvement of tools to allow affordable due diligence for organizations of any size, not just larger organizations
- Development of university-level accredited due diligence courses
- Development of university-level due diligence degree programs
- Help all sectors of society reach a level of respect for due diligence, such that due diligence becomes an automatic part of all thinking and management ... "Of course we have due diligence. Due Diligence Certification Programs
Due Diligence Certifications are exclusively issued by the Association of Due Diligence Professionals.
Currently, the association offers the following certification programs:
- Certified Due Diligence Professional (CDDP)
- Certified Due Diligence Consultant (CDDC)
- Certified Due Diligence Manager (CDDM)
- Certified Due Diligence Associate (CDDA)
Executive Due Diligence Professional (EDDP) is a new certification program from the Association of Due Diligence Professionals deigned and approved to be offered in the Middle East and Africa exclusively by Birzeit Consulting and in direct coordination with and supervision of Mr. L. Burke Files, the association advisory board member and the internationally well known authority in the due diligence field.
